Crafted to combat the digital dependencies, isolation and loneliness currently brewing in the modern world. Offering to surface new ways to rediscover joy and stimulate connectionoutside digital.

• "Superheroes Academy: Discover Your Family’s Superpowers" is an innovative Gurukul Pilot experience, where we are adapting the timeless Indian traditional Gurukul system to surface ancient wisdom to meet modern challenges of too much digitisation and guide communities towards holistic wellbeing.
• In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, our innate ability to connect with ourselves and our loved ones has been obscured by the constant buzz of technology.
• Drawing on a 5,000-year-old Gurukul traditions and topics, presents an innovative workshop designed to awaken the inner self via the metaphor of awakening superhero within each family member—encouraging 'learning and un-learning' on the use of 'technology & digital channels' and be equipped with techniques to identify and respond to behaviors of over-use, digital isolation and digital dependency.
• The event will be open to 30 participants, composing of children aged 6 to 12 and their parents.
• This Gurukul 8 event weaves together superhero-themed yoga, mindfulness activities, discussion on nutrition, creative workshops, and family-oriented sessions. By revisiting ancient traditions and integrating them with engaging, hands-on activities, we aim to counter digital isolation with real-world connections, nurturing happiness, and inspiring creativity among children and parents alike.
