The "Mindfulness and Wellbeing" foundational class is a guided 3-hour session designed for individuals at all levels of experience, offering a comprehensive introduction to the practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness: From Awareness to Action 🌟

The class begins with an informative segment that delves into the concept of mindfulness, highlighting its importance in fostering a balanced and healthy mind and soul. This introduction sets the stage for a deeper understanding of mindfulness as a transformative life skill.
